There was no design team here, and my seat refocused on marketing in late 2024; most of the product work on this page I initiated anyway, and it shipped, by going to whoever had what I needed — customer success, engineering, agency users.

A project I wasn’t on

June 2026I looped myself inI argued in writing that the navigation was a recipe for customer confusion and that the resource cards sent people out of the app at login, and mocked up an alternative nobody asked me for. I posted it as take-it-or-leave-it and pencils-downed the same day.
July 2026The argument, and a written noI argued for product descriptors in the labels and for cutting roughly fourteen nav items to about five. The co-CEO agreed in writing the same day on naming and on fewer tabs, and explicitly refused the third piece, where users land after login.
August 2026Partial adoption, claimed as partialThe engineering lead’s shipping announcement named me: “New navigation is live! I incorporated a few changes from Brodish’s designs as well as I was able to.” The four resource cards are gone, and the labels carry the product descriptors I argued for.
